TRUSTEDQUEUE COMMUNITY STANDARD

Compete hard. Treat people fairly.

The TrustedQueue standard protects useful teammate discovery: honest identities, respectful lobbies, private reports, and evidence-led moderation.

LOBBIES

Respect first

IDENTITY

Keep it honest

REPORTS

Always private

DECISIONS

Evidence-led

FIVE SIMPLE RULES

The standard every player shares.

These rules apply across discovery, lobbies, reviews, reports, community spaces, and TrustedQueue CS2 servers.

01

Treat teammates with respect

Use voice, chat, and lobby tools without harassment, threats, hate speech, targeted abuse, or attempts to intimidate other players.

02

Use an honest identity

Use your own Steam account. Do not impersonate players or attempt to bypass verification, preflight, moderation, or queue restrictions.

03

Play and queue in good faith

Communicate plans clearly, leave lobbies cleanly when plans change, and do not deliberately grief, throw, sabotage, or repeatedly no-show.

04

Report privately and honestly

Use the completed-lobby report flow, describe what happened accurately, and provide evidence for serious claims. False or malicious reports are reviewed too.

05

Respect private outcomes

Moderation decisions stay private. Use an available appeal route instead of exposing reporters, starting public accusation campaigns, or evading an action.

THE EVERYDAY STANDARD

Easy to follow. Clear when crossed.

Competitive play can be intense. The line is whether behavior protects fair participation or deliberately harms another player, lobby, or community process.

Expected

Keep the match useful

Clear, respectful communication

Honest Steam identity and account linking

Good-faith lobby participation

Private, evidence-led reporting

Respect for moderation and privacy

Not accepted

Do not damage trust

Cheating, griefing, throwing, or deliberate sabotage

Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse

Impersonation or verification bypass attempts

False, retaliatory, or coordinated malicious reports

Publishing accusations, evidence, or reporter identities

PRIVATE MODERATION

A report starts a review, not a public verdict.

Reporter identities, evidence, risk notes, and case decisions stay on protected moderation surfaces.

01

A report is submitted

Reports are limited to eligible players who shared a completed TrustedQueue lobby.

02

Evidence is reviewed

Serious claims enter a private moderation queue and do not count as confirmed on submission.

03

A decision is recorded

Serious actions require a moderation action and an admin audit record.

04

Appeal where allowed

Queue restrictions and platform bans include a private appeal route under current policy.

IMPORTANT BOUNDARY

Trust context is not a guarantee.

TrustedQueue may restrict queue access after confirmed source bans, serious moderation outcomes, or admin-confirmed platform actions. It does not call someone a cheater based only on an unverified report, publish raw risk scores, or guarantee cheat-free teammates.

Help keep every lobby worth joining.

Queue honestly, treat people fairly, and keep serious concerns inside the private review process.
