What matters: Keep queue behaviour useful, evidence-based, and respectful.

Code of conduct

Keep teammate discovery useful, private, and evidence-led

TrustedQueue is built for players who want better CS2 teammate discovery without public accusation pages. The code of conduct keeps reports private, protects appeal rights, and sets expectations for lobby behavior.

Queue with basic respect

Use teammate discovery to find players, communicate clearly, and leave lobbies cleanly when plans change.

Keep identity honest

Use your own Steam account, do not impersonate other players, and do not try to bypass verification, preflight, or queue restrictions.

Use reports carefully

Submit reports only through the private completed-lobby flow. Serious claims need evidence and are reviewed manually.

No public accusation wall

Do not use support, profiles, or public surfaces to accuse players. TrustedQueue does not publish raw risk scores or unverified claims.

Accept outcomes and appeals

Warnings, restrictions, and bans are handled privately. Appeal routes exist where policy allows, without exposing reporter identity.

Important boundary

TrustedQueue can restrict queue access after confirmed source bans, serious moderation outcomes, or admin-confirmed platform actions. It does not claim to guarantee cheat-free teammates and does not label players as cheaters based only on unverified user reports.
