How it works

What matters: TrustedQueue uses verified identity, fresh checks, lobbies, and moderation boundaries.

Start LFG
Verification without guarantee claims

A safer queue starts with source checks

TrustedQueue uses verified account data and manually moderated teammate reliability. FACEIT is optional; players without FACEIT can still build history through Steam verification and platform reliability. The product does not label players as safe, cheat-free, or guaranteed.

Step 1

Sign in with Steam

SteamID64 becomes the account identity. TrustedQueue never asks for Steam passwords or personal Steam API keys.

Use Steam identity
Step 2

Accept platform rules

Current terms, privacy notice, and conduct rules must be accepted before queue participation unlocks.

Review rules
Step 3

Make Steam stats visible

Steam profile and Game details should be public so stats and game-data checks can run.

Open Steam guide
Step 4

Refresh verification

Steam checks are required. FACEIT is optional, but linked FACEIT skill and Elo can add stronger source-owned trust context.

Step 5

Set queue preferences

Choose region, language, role, mode, mic preference, skill range, and private contact details for checked lobbies.

Set preferences
Step 6

Find or invite teammates

Discovery uses saved preferences, public-safe trust labels, verified skill context where available, and queue eligibility.

Find teammates
Step 7

Run lobby preflight

Fresh checks run before lobby contact details are revealed, keeping progression tied to current account status.

What must be done

Account setup checklist

A player can sign in with Steam quickly, but discovery and lobby actions work best after the required setup path is complete.

Steam login is required for identity.

Current platform rules must be accepted before queue participation unlocks.

Steam profile and Game details should be public so stats checks can run.

FACEIT is optional and boosts source-owned skill/trust context when linked.

Queue preferences power teammate discovery and lobby creation.

Lobby contact details stay hidden until preflight passes.

Careful trust language

What the labels mean

Public labels summarize account and platform context. They are not guarantees, raw scores, or public accusation records.

Good public wording

"Verified Low-Risk", "No confirmed platform violations", and "Last checked recently".

Avoided public wording

"100% safe", "not a cheater", public raw risk scores, and unverified report labels.

Lobby preflight

Contact details unlock after fresh checks

Preflight refreshes server-side Steam and linked FACEIT checks for current lobby members, then updates each member’s preflight state. Invite/contact details remain hidden until current members pass.

Recheck Steam ban and public profile context.

Recheck linked FACEIT context when the player has FACEIT.

Check platform account status, manual review state, and queue restrictions.

Show only public-safe pass, limited, or fail messaging to lobby members.

Public profiles stay safe

Profiles show Steam identity, public-safe verification labels, reliability labels, preferences, and verified FACEIT skill when linked.

Moderation detail stays private

Admins privately review report history, evidence, risk notes, moderation actions, appeals, and audit logs.

No accusation wall

TrustedQueue does not publish private reports, raw risk scores, reporter identity, or unverified cheating accusations.
