HOW TRUSTEDQUEUE WORKS
From Steam identity to a checked lobby. TrustedQueue combines verified account data, fresh source checks, and manually moderated teammate reliability so players have better context before they queue together.
FACEIT is optional. No label guarantees a cheat-free teammate, and unverified accusations never appear on public profiles.
THE PLAYER JOURNEY
Seven clear steps. One informed lobby. Complete the essentials once, then use fresh checks whenever a new group is ready to play.
PHASE 01
Build account context Anchor the account to Steam, accept the community standard, and make source checks useful.
Sign in with Steam Step 1 SteamID64 becomes the account identity. TrustedQueue never asks for Steam passwords or personal Steam API keys.
Use Steam identity
Accept platform rules Step 2 Current terms, privacy notice, and conduct rules must be accepted before queue participation unlocks.
Review rules
Make Steam stats visible Step 3 Steam profile and Game details should be public so stats and game-data checks can run.
Open Steam guide
Refresh verification Step 4 Steam checks are required. FACEIT is optional, but linked FACEIT skill and Elo can add stronger source-owned trust context.
Open verification PHASE 02
Tell us how you play Save the preferences that power discovery without changing verified skill or trust data.
Set queue preferences Step 5 Choose region, language, role, mode, mic preference, skill range, and private contact details for checked lobbies.
Set preferences PHASE 03
Meet with fresh checks Compare public-safe context, form a lobby, and refresh every member before details unlock.
Find or invite teammates Step 6 Discovery uses saved preferences, public-safe trust labels, verified skill context where available, and queue eligibility.
Find teammates
Run lobby preflight Step 7 Fresh checks run before lobby contact details are revealed, keeping progression tied to current account status.
Review preflight REQUIRED AND OPTIONAL
Know exactly what unlocks discovery. Steam establishes identity. Extra services can improve context, but players are not forced to use a platform they do not play on.
Required for discovery The account essentials Steam login is required for identity.
Current platform rules must be accepted before queue participation unlocks.
Steam profile and Game details should be public so stats checks can run.
Queue preferences power teammate discovery and lobby creation.
Lobby contact details stay hidden until preflight passes.
Optional trust context Useful when it belongs to you FACEIT is optional. When linked, verified CS2 skill level and Elo add source-owned context.
Leetify context is optional and shown only where the permitted live integration has useful public data.
Missing FACEIT alone does not prevent an otherwise eligible player from reaching Verified Low-Risk.
Verified trust and skill data comes from source checks. Players cannot manually edit it.
LOBBY PREFLIGHT
Fresh checks before contact details unlock. Preflight checks every current lobby member server-side. Players see only a public-safe result and the next action needed.
01 Refresh Steam ban and public-profile context.
02 Refresh FACEIT only when the player has linked it.
03 Check platform access, review state, and queue restrictions.
04 Reveal contact details only when the current lobby can proceed.
PUBLIC BY DESIGN
Useful context without public accusations. Public profiles stay safe Profiles show Steam identity, public-safe verification labels, reliability labels, preferences, and verified FACEIT skill when linked.
Moderation detail stays private Admins privately review report history, evidence, risk notes, moderation actions, appeals, and audit logs.
No accusation wall TrustedQueue does not publish private reports, raw risk scores, reporter identity, or unverified cheating accusations.
