What TrustedQueue provides
TrustedQueue is a moderated CS2 community, teammate finder, lobby system, public-profile service, and community-server hub. It provides context, not a guarantee that any teammate or match is cheat-free.

Your account and identity
SteamID64 is the primary identity. Use your own account, keep access under your control, and do not impersonate another player or attempt to bypass source checks, preflight, or account restrictions.

Queue and lobby participation
Use accurate preferences, communicate plans honestly, and participate in good faith. Contact details are private lobby data and must not be misused, republished, or used to harass another member.

Reviews, reports, and evidence
Submit truthful feedback through the correct completed-lobby workflow. Serious claims require evidence. False, retaliatory, coordinated, or public accusation campaigns may themselves lead to review.

Moderation and appeals
TrustedQueue may warn, limit, restrict, or ban accounts after confirmed source violations or admin-confirmed moderation outcomes. Appeals are available where current policy allows and do not expose reporter identity or private evidence.

External services and source data
Steam is required for identity. FACEIT, Leetify, CSRep, Discord, and other integrations are optional or feature-specific. Their availability and data can change, and TrustedQueue uses them within stated attribution and privacy boundaries.

Community servers and fair play
Server participation is also subject to the published server, anti-cheat, and conduct rules. Cheats, bypass attempts, automation that creates unfair advantages, and deliberate disruption are prohibited.

Clans and public tags
Clan leaders are responsible for names, tags, invitations, and member management. Do not impersonate TrustedQueue staff, use abusive identity content, or use clan membership to evade account or server restrictions.

Policy consent and changes
Current terms, privacy notice, and code of conduct must be accepted before queue participation. Material policy changes may require renewed consent before protected platform actions unlock again.
Use the community in good faith.
Use a genuine Steam identity and accurate account information.
Respect teammates, private contact details, and community spaces.
Use reviews, reports, appeals, and support honestly.
Follow queue, lobby, server, anti-cheat, and moderation rules.
Moderate with clear boundaries.
Keep serious reports, evidence, and reporter identity private.
Use public-safe labels instead of accusation walls or raw risk scores.
Record serious moderation and admin actions for accountability.
Provide private appeal and data-request routes where policy allows.
